League Vitals is a Canadian software company — one operator, one long-running rec league, and a lot of frustration with what was on the market. Made because the tools we had weren’t good enough for the volunteers running the game.
Why this exists.
Every rec league, every corporate league, every Thursday-night pickup group has the same three people. The one who books the ice. The one who runs the group chat. The one who ends up with a spreadsheet of standings on a Sunday night at 11pm.
League Vitals is what those three people wanted — a real operating system for the game. Not a scoreboard app. Not a signup form with a Stripe button. An honest attempt at handling the whole thing: schedule, standings, live scoring, rosters, check-ins, playoffs, awards, and the chat that ties it together.
It was built inside a real league, tested through real seasons, and shipped only when it was actually saving Sunday nights. The pickup product came next — because the same operator was also running a Thursday-night drop-in and got tired of screenshotting box scores into a group chat.
Every feature on the site is a feature we use. Every screenshot is a real screenshot from the real product — no marketing renders, no fake dashboards. If it’s on the site, it works.

Real free tiers
Rookie and Team Free are not trials. Small leagues and small crews can run a full season on them, forever, without paying us a cent. Upgrade only if you outgrow the limits.
Your data is yours
Every tier gets CSV export — rosters, stats, standings, boxscores. If you leave, you leave with your season. No hostage-taking, no export upsell.
Canadian, hosted in North America
The company is Canadian, incorporated in Ontario. Servers and backups are hosted in Canada / US. No offshore hops for your league’s roster.
Answered by a real person
Support emails come to a real inbox and get answered by someone who’s actually run a league on this software. No tier-1 chatbot loop, no offshore call center.

We don’t sell your roster, your stats, or your players’ email addresses to anyone. No ad networks, no third-party analytics that follow players around the web. See the privacy policy.
We’re not enterprise-grade — yet.
We’re a small operator-built SaaS, not a big-league SaaS vendor with SOC 2 auditors and a compliance team. If you need SOC 2, SSO, or contract-grade DPAs, we’re probably not the right fit today. Ask — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can serve you.
We don’t do fake features.
Everything on this site works today. If it’s not shipped, it’s not on the site — and where a feature is coming soon we label it clearly. No “request early access” vaporware.
